A note from the founder
I built this for my mom.
We moved to the US when I was sixteen. My mom worked seven days a week — and still does. She has always managed paycheck to paycheck with a discipline most people don't have. But beyond that? She was on her own.
A house. Retirement. Whether she could ever afford to stop working. The bigger questions about money never had answers, because the people who get those answers can afford financial advisors. We couldn't.
I watched her try the apps. Mint. Spreadsheets. The ones that ask you to link your bank account and then show you a wall of charts. None of them told her what to do. They just showed her numbers she already knew, with a feature list that felt designed for someone else.
What she needed was a friend who understood money. Someone she could ask honestly: "Can I afford this? Should I be saving more for retirement? Where is my money going?" Someone who would answer without judgement, in plain language, every time.
That's why I built CoinCoach.
It's a simple app — track your expenses and income, set a few goals — but the heart of it is the AI coach. Ask it anything about your finances and it'll answer with the context of your actual data. Not generic advice. Yours.
My mom can use it. I made sure of that. And if she can, you can.
